Is it just me or do builders really inflate super area numbers more than ever? I'm looking at places in Dwarka or maybe Vasant Kunj, trying to downsize now that the kids are gone. It feels like what they call a '2BHK' with 1200 sqft super area is barely 700 sqft carpet. How do you even compare prices then? Any tricks to figure out the *real* usable space before signing, especially with builders like Home Making Builders in Badarpur? Don't want to pay for air.

Absolutely! I thought it was just me. Har builder ka yahi haal hai. They show you a beautiful sample flat, but the actual carpet area is so much less. Dwarka mein toh aur bhi zyada dikkat hai.
Sahi pakde ho! Mera bhi same experience tha jab main Anand Vihar mein dekh raha tha. 1100 sqft super area ka flat feel ho raha tha jaise 650-700 sqft hi hai.
