Super area confusion in Sector 109
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 109, especially Paras Buildtech projects. My wife aur main ek 3BHK dekh rahe hain for the kids. Builders quoted super area, but jab carpet area calculate kiya, it felt so much smaller. Matlab, kitna difference expect karna chahiye? Is this super area vs carpet area trap common? Aur isme negotiation ka scope hota hai kya? I'm worried about paying for space jo use hi nahi kar payenge. Has anyone else faced this problem?
