Super area figures in Bengaluru: What are you actually paying for?

Does anyone actually believe the super area numbers builders show us? I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I see the games. Especially in Electronic City Phase II, Keya Homes jaise projects mein. Brochure pe super area kuch aur, but actual carpet area bahut kam hota hai. Yaar, they're selling you air, not usable space. How much less carpet area did you guys get compared to the promised super area? Is there any real way to fight this after signing the agreement? Disagree? Tell me why.
