Super area games are still fooling everyone in Bengaluru. I work in real estate, but even I see builders like Salarpuria Sattva still playing these tricks in places like Prithvi Layout. They quote ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, but actual carpet area kam hota hai. Plus, negotiation pe they barely budge. Kitna discount milta hai actually? Change my mind.

Totally agree with this post! Builders in Bengaluru have perfected the art of showing one thing and delivering another. Super area ka calculation toh poora scam lagta hai. I'm a first-time buyer and already so confused and frustrated. Why can't they just be transparent?
Haan bhai, same experience. They show you a beautiful floor plan and then actual built-up area is so much less. My friend faced this in Aavalahalli, the difference was huge!
