My lease ends in 6 months, and I'm seriously looking at a 3BHK in Sector 57. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. I'm seeing GTM Builders quoting super area numbers that feel way too inflated. Like, what's the actual carpet area vs super area ratio people are seeing in Gurugram projects these days? Is it just me or are construction-linked payment plans actually riskier now with delays, especially with the current infra work around Dwarka Expressway? Want to avoid any surprises post-booking.
