Negotiation ka scope toh hamesha hota hai
U1, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai super area pe. Builder 30-40% extra area charge karte hain jo dikhta hi nahi. Maine ek project mein dekha, 1200 sqft super area tha, but carpet area sirf 750 sqft tha. Itna difference kaise? Ye toh seedha loot hai!
