Super area is basically a Gurugram scam.

My 3BHK in Sector 65, advertised as 1800 sqft, feels barely 1200 carpet. Just moved into this Lion Infra project last month, and the super area vs carpet area difference is insane. Yeh kya scam hai yaar? On paper, their pre-launch offer looked good, but now I feel I paid for so much unusable space. The final all-in-cost was shocking. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, maintenance advance – sab milake, my ₹3 Cr flat easily touched ₹3.5 Cr. Builders don't tell you half these things upfront. Did anyone else face this with Lion Infra or projects near Dwarka Expressway? Is there any way to challenge this super area calculation after possession?
