Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for Harlur, but final numbers are shocking. Laksh Properties ka super area inflate karke all-in cost 20% upar jaa raha hai. Stamp duty, registration, PLC add karke, it's too much. How do you guys manage these unexpected costs in Bengaluru?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Laksh Properties ka super area ka calculation dekh ke toh dimag kharab ho gaya. Harlur mein ek project dekh raha tha, 1200 sqft dikhaya, but carpet area sirf 800 sqft. 40% loading? Builders ko license milta kaise hai itna inflate karne ka? Mera toh pura budget hil gaya hai.
