₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Allegro Mahabaleshwara near Arekere – that's just the base price, right? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ball game. Okay, I'll say what no one says: builders ka super area game toh full on fraud hai, change my mind. They quote one price, but then PLC, parking, stamp duty, registration, interiors, GST – sab add karke it's easily 25-30% more. Honestly, they never tell you the true all-in cost upfront. It's always 'on request' ya 'at possession'. Matlab, initial quote is just a bait. Kitna realistic hai to expect transparency in Bangalore projects? Disagree? Tell me why.
