Super area ka chakkar kaun samjhayega? Tolichowki mein sab builders bolte hain 1200 sqft, but carpet area toh 800 bhi nahi hota. Salarpuria Sattva jaise bade builders bhi yahi karte hain. Kids moved out, I just want a manageable 2BHK. But yeh all-in cost kabhi clear nahi hoti. Is it just a scam to inflate prices? Change my mind.

Haan yaar, super area ka funda toh pura golmaal hai. RERA ne kuch rules banaye hain na ispe? But builders still manage to play around. Is there any way to verify the actual carpet area before booking, or do we just have to

Totally agree! Tolichowki mein toh yeh common hai. I saw a project near Attapur, they quoted 1300 sqft but carpet area was barely 850. Builders make it so confusing for first-timers like us.
