₹85 lakh for a 2BHK — is this actually the going rate now? I'm looking at Keya Homes in Yelahanka, and har jagah super area numbers dikha rahe hain. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2 or 3BHK. It's my first property, so honestly, I'm a bit lost. Builders show big super area numbers, but carpet area toh bohot kam hota hai. Samajh nahi aa raha how much actual space I'm paying for. Is this super area vs carpet area difference normal? Like, kitna percent difference is acceptable? Parents bol rahe hain don't fall for big numbers. Also, prices in Yelahanka seem to be shooting up. Are there any price correction zones in Bangalore jahan abhi bhi value mil sakti hai? Or is it just a pipe dream? Any advice on understanding the true cost?
