Super area vs carpet area game is still so real, even in Chandigarh. I'm looking at Raheja Universal in Sector 37, and the super area numbers are wild. Broker bol raha hai ki itna hi chalta hai, but I know better. Kya builders actually carpet area pe deal karte hain if you push hard? Also, stamp duty aur registration ka off-the-record kuch jugaad hota hai kya? Buying for myself, so every penny matters.

Bhai, bilkul sahi kaha. Raheja Universal ka toh pata nahi, but yeh super area ka chakkar sab jagah hai. Main bhi naya ghar dekh raha hoon Zirakpur mein, aur har builder wahi ghumata hai. Carpet area pe deal karna mushkil hai yaar, unless it's a very small builder ya koi distress sale ho. But still, you should try! Har penny bachana important hai.
