Visited a few projects in Indraprashtha Yojna last Saturday. Pehli baar property le raha hoon, toh thoda nervous hoon aur research kar raha tha. Yaar, I just realized this 'super area' thing is such a trap. Builders bolte hain 1400 sqft 3BHK, but jab carpet area dekho toh it's barely 900 sqft. Matlab, we pay for so much extra space jo dikhta hi nahi hai. Is this normal in Ghaziabad? Jai Ambey Estates ke projects mein bhi same scene hai kya? How do you guys actually compare properties then? Should I only look at carpet area pricing? Lagta hai yeh sab marketing ka tareeka hai to inflate prices. Koi tips do please, kaise avoid karein ye super area trap? I'm looking at something around ₹70-80L.
