Madhuban Bapudham — Sarvottam Group ka ek 2BHK dekh raha tha. Super area aur carpet area ka difference samajh nahi aa raha. Builder bolta hai 1200 sqft, but carpet area bohot kam lag raha hai. Kya ye normal hai Ghaziabad mein? Aur ispe negotiation ka scope kitna hota hai, especially spot discount pe? Kya broker se better deal milti hai?

Bhai, ye super area ka chakkar toh har jagah hai, sirf Ghaziabad mein nahi. Sarvottam Group ka track record kaisa hai Madhuban Bapudham mein? Carpet area kitna bata rahe hain woh log? 1200 sqft mein toh minimum 750-800 sqft carpet hona chahiye.
