Visited 42 Estates in Hemmiganahalli last week. Builder ne super area ka itna zyada difference bataya, I'm honestly confused. Carpet area toh kaafi kam lag raha hai. Is this common in Bengaluru projects, ya builders inflate karte hain numbers? Should I push for carpet area pricing, or is super area ka premium worth it for future resale?

Bhai, ye toh common scene hai Bengaluru mein. Builders ka favourite game hai super area ko inflate karna. 42 Estates ka track record toh theek hai, but Hemmiganahalli mein aise cases sunne ko mile hain. Always ask for the RERA carpet area, that's your true usable space.
Absolutely! Maine bhi Adigara Kallahalli mein ek project dekha tha, same issue. Builders just want to show bigger numbers on paper. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers
