Visited 3BHKs in Crossings Republik. The super area quotes are frustrating; carpet area for ₹80L feels tiny. My broker just shrugged. Can we negotiate this super area difference, or is it always fixed? What's a realistic carpet area for Ghaziabad?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Crossings Republik mein yahi haal hai. I saw a 3BHK there, quoted 1600 sqft super area but carpet was barely 950 sqft. Matlab 4
