Honestly, I had no idea how many hidden costs there are beyond the property price! Blue Planet Infracon ka ek project Block A mein dekh raha hoon, but jab calculation kiya toh stamp duty, registration, aur interiors ka kharcha dekh ke darr lag gaya. Plus, super area vs carpet area ka difference bhi ab samajh aa raha hai. Builders toh bas super area batate hain. Kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye for all these misc expenses? Did anyone else feel this much confusion? Am I missing anything major?

Totally relate, bhai! Jab maine bhi apni pehli property dekhi thi, laga tha bas down payment aur EMI ka funda hai. But yeh hidden charges, especially super area ka jhol, itna dimag kharab karta hai. Builders play on our ignorance. You are definitely not alone in this confusion.
Sahi baat hai yaar. To be safe, kitna percentage extra budget rakhna chahiye for these miscellaneous expenses? I'm looking at something in Alpha II, Greater Noida, and trying to plan my finances.
Haan bhai, same experience. Super area sunke laga tha kitna bada ghar hai, baad mein pata chala aadhi toh common area thi!
