₹75 lakhs for a 2BHK at Supercity Mayfair Residency in Noida. I've been there twice, and it's a completed project, which is a big plus for me. The flat seemed decent, but I'm honestly not sure if it's genuinely good for daily living. Are the amenities like the gym and clubhouse actually useful and well-maintained in the long run? Or are they just for show? My biggest concern is the society and community vibe there. Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? As a first-time buyer, I'm trying to get a real feel for the place beyond the marketing. Any current residents or ex-residents have insights?
