I'm stuck between Supertech 27 Heights and Unitech Unihomes. Location-wise, any preferences? Also, kya kisi ko construction quality ka idea hai? Unitech ready to move hai. Which one would you recommend for investment?

Bhai, Supertech 27 Heights is indeed completed. I checked their RERA, UPRERAPRJ8319 hai aur units bhi 243 hain. Possession date bhi 2021 ki hai, so physically it's there. But Supertech ka naam sunke thoda darr toh lagta hai, unke pichhle projects mein kaafi issues rahe hain. Unitech Unihomes ready-to-move hai, that's a big plus for sure, but Unitech ka bhi past record kuch khaas nahi raha.
