Hey guys, I'm confused between Supertech 34 Pavilion and Sai Elite Galaxy. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one offers better carpet area efficiency? Supertech is ready to move, sahi hai, but is it worth the higher price? Also, has anyone experienced the actual maintenance charges in Supertech 34 Pavilion? I'm looking for investment. Which one has better rental potential? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Which one would you recommend?

Yaar, Supertech 34 Pavilion ki price sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Ready to move toh theek hai, but itna extra paisa. Sai Elite Galaxy ka price range (₹53 L – ₹80 L) thoda better lag raha hai, but wo toh upcoming hai. Confused hoon.
