Supertech Aadri amenities: brochure vs. reality

₹95 lakh for Supertech Aadri's 3BHK seemed fine, considering their brochure. My wife and I prioritized kids' facilities and a good clubhouse. But after possession, the 'grand' clubhouse is a ghost town, and the children's play area is tiny, not safe at all for toddlers. It's nothing like what they promised. Now we're paying huge maintenance charges for these half-baked amenities. Is this bait-and-switch common in Noida Extension? What did others do about missing promised facilities?
