Haan yaar, Supertech Aadri ka toh kaafi time se delays ka issue raha hai. Mera ek friend wahan booking karne wala tha 2017 mein, but then he backed out after seeing the progress. Possession date to 2018-12-01 thi, but I heard ki kaafi logon ko abhi bhi problems hain. Samajh nahi aata itne saal baad bhi projects mein issues kyun rehte hain. Daily living experience toh tabhi pata chalega jab sab kuch smooth ho.
Possession toh mil gaya hai logon ko, but society mein abhi bhi bohot kaam pending hai. Gym chal nahi raha, swimming pool ki haalat kharab hai, aur lifts bhi baar-baar अटक jaati hain. Maintenance charges pure lete hain, facilities ke naam pe zero. That's the real issue.
