Supertech Araville

Just moved into Supertech Araville last month, our possession experience was a bit of a mixed bag honestly. Builder ne bola tha sab ready hai, but finishings mein thoda touch-up kaam tha. Carpet area wise, my 2BHK feels quite spacious, but daily life mein thoda noise issue lag raha hai, especially from the main road. Not sure if it's just my floor (4th floor) or common. Kya air quality bhi affect hoti hai itna traffic hone se? Society mein amenities jaise gym, pool, they look good on paper. But kitne log actual mein use karte hain? Maintenance charges I'm paying around ₹4800, is that normal for this project? Pata nahi agar ye sab long-term ke liye worth it hai. Has anyone else faced these things?

₹25000 rent deke thak gaya. Supertech Araville Sohna mein brochure dekha. Promised amenities aur construction quality after possession ka kya scene hai? Real feedback chahiye.
