Supertech Czar Suites: Resale market is dead?

Did a site visit to Supertech Czar Suites on Saturday. Units look decent, but Supertech's past track record worries me for future resale. What's the actual rental yield people are getting here? Is the secondary market active enough for investors to exit easily?
