My parents keep saying I should just buy something, but I'm really confused about Supertech Eco Village 2. Brochure mein toh sab gold-plated lag raha tha, but now that it's delivered, sunne mein aa raha hai ki actual quality aur promised delivery mein bohot farak hai. Like, units mein finish issues hain, electrical points galat jagah... Did you face major snags post-possession? Kya project delivery experience overall frustrating tha? Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki itna paisa lagana sahi hai ya nahi.

U8, my friend was promised possession in 2017, but got it in late 2019. Almost two years delay! They did get some penalty, but the mental stress and renting for longer was a huge burden. Even then, the handover wasn't smooth, with a long list of snags.
Supertech ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Unka record bahut kharab hai delays aur quality ke maamle mein. Mere ek relative ka project Alpha I Greater Noida mein bhi aise hi phase mein atka hua tha saalon tak. Current market conditions mein, jahan itna unsold inventory hai, builders ko quality pe focus karna chahiye, not cut corners. I'd say, be very, very careful before investing in anything from them.

Haan yaar, quality issues toh common hain in projects jahan builder ne deadlines miss kiye hon. Maine bhi apne ek friend se suna tha ki Eco Village 2 mein kaafi logon ko finishing aur plumbing ke issues aaye hain. RERA number UPRERAPRJ4112 toh hai, but usse kya, agar builder penalty bhi de de, toh bhi mental peace toh nahi milta. Especially for a property in Ajayabpur, expectations are usually higher.
Bhai, you're not alone! Supertech ka track record waise bhi thoda iffy raha hai. I've heard similar things about their other projects too. It's so disheartening when you put your life savings into something and it turns out to be sub-par. Totally feel your frustration.
