Supertech Emerald Court buyers are still suffering, it seems

Was supposed to decide by last month but Supertech's past is scary, man. On-time delivery ka toh scene hi nahi hai. Heard Amrapali was even worse. Should I just avoid these builders completely? Are there any builders jinka track record clean hai Noida mein? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
