Supertech Emerald Court mess: Anyone else still waiting?

Just moved into Supertech Emerald Court last month, and honestly, the possession experience was a nightmare. They promised OC in December, finally got it in March after so much follow-up. And the hidden charges! PLC was way higher than initially quoted, almost 1.5 lakhs extra. Things nobody told me during booking. Construction quality is also questionable. Found cracks in the plaster already. Is it just my unit, or is anyone else facing similar issues? Also, the promised amenities are still incomplete. Swimming pool isn't ready. Clubhouse is a mess. Should I file a complaint? What did you guys do?
