Supertech Emerald Court vs Jaypee Orchards: Which is better?
I'm looking to invest in Noida and confused between Supertech Emerald Court and Jaypee The Orchards. Both are ready-to-move, right? Location-wise, which one has better connectivity to the metro and other important places? Kya kisi ko pata hai which one has better resale value currently? Also, what about the amenities? Which project offers better facilities like a swimming pool, gym, etc.? I'm also concerned about maintenance charges. Has anyone experienced high maintenance costs in either of these projects? Mujhe advice chahiye about which one is a better investment overall. What do you think?

Supertech Emerald Court? Bhai, Supertech ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record pichle kuch saalon mein theek nahi raha hai, especially with all the legal issues. Mere ek friend ne bhi ek Supertech project mein invest kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Bahut tension mein hai woh. Jaypee ka toh pata nahi, but Supertech se thoda bachke rehna chahiye, in my opinion.
