**30 acres!** That's how much land Supertech Golf Village is taking up at Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida! Sunne mein toh kaafi grand lag raha hai. They're saying it's part of their Golf Country project and has 1, 2, and 3 BHK condos. Plus, a 9-hole golf course bhi hai! Supertech toh you know, pretty big name hai. Yamuna Expressway is already seeing so much development. I wonder if this will attract more people to that side of Noida. Has anyone checked out the site yet? I'm really curious to know what the construction quality is like. Do you guys think this new project launch will affect property prices in the area? Kya lagta hai aapko?
