Did a site visit to Supertech Neerajanil last week. Honestly, the project looks decent on paper, but I'm worried about their RERA compliance. Sabko pata hai Supertech ka track record kaisa raha hai, especially with past projects. Is this one actually clear, ya sirf paper pe hai? From my experience, builder ka legal status directly impacts possession timeline and ultimately, mera ROI. I think it's a huge calculated risk. Everyone talks about the price point but ignores the red flags. Change my mind.

Haan, exactly. Builder site pe toh naya date batate hain, but RERA pe update nahi hota. Yehi toh fraud hai. Mere experience mein, jab tak RERA website pe updated, realistic date na dikhe, tab tak trust mat karo.
Totally agree with your point, bhai. Supertech ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Meri ek relative ka flat phasa hua hai Alpha I Greater Noida mein, 5 saal se possession nahi mila. Neerajanil ka toh RERA status bhi ambiguous lag raha hai online. Bahut risky hai!
