Supertech Officers Enclave: Daily life reality check?
Just moved into Supertech Officers Enclave a couple months back, and honestly, daily life has been a bit of a surprise. The amenities, especially the gym and pool, are hardly ever clean ya. Noise levels from nearby construction are also quite high. Maintenance charges for my 2 BHK are around ₹4500. Is this normal for this area? Just wondering if others faced similar issues.

₹4500 for a 2BHK is pretty steep, yaar! Mere cousin ka 3BHK hai Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe, unka bhi itna nahi hai. Amenities use na ho toh itna paisa dene ka kya faayda? Maintenance charges toh kam se kam justified hone chahiye.

Supertech Officers Enclave toh abhi 'UPCOMING' dikh raha hai RERA pe (RERA number 258). Aur possession date 2020 ki hai. Aap actually move in kar chuke ho kya? Ya koi aur phase hai? Construction noise toh samajh aata hai upcoming mein, but amenities dirty kaise? 1250 units hain, toh itna bada project abhi tak pura nahi hua kya? Thoda confusion ho raha hai, bhai.
Haan, RERA number 258 dikha raha hai. Builder ko check karna chahiye tha ki phase kya hai. First-time buyers ke liye ye sab traps hote hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Supertech ka toh track record hi aisa hai. Mere ek friend ne Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, same story. Possession ke baad bhi kaam chalta rehta hai, aur builder promises bhool jaate hain. Yeh 'moved in' wala part hi fishy lag raha hai.
