Been looking for 6 months now and I'm really confused about Greater Noida properties. Supertech ORB, ready to move, is on my radar. Price range ₹1.89 Cr–₹3.64 Cr is pushing my budget, but it looks good on paper. Honestly, I'm a first-time buyer and thoda nervous hoon. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas show-off hai? Parents keep saying to check the actual vibe. Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Daily commute for office-goers kaisa rehta hai from there? Sabse important, society ka community vibe kaisa hai? Friendly log hain ya isolated feel hota hai? Jo wahan rehte hain, please share your honest experience. Should I go for it?
