Supertech's brand name is all hype, change my mind.

Supertech ka naam toh sab lete hain, but is their construction quality actually good? Just moved into a society in Noida Extension, and honestly, I'm seeing cracks already. Possession was just 3 months back. Everyone glorifies them, but nobody talks about the hidden charges at possession. PLC and all that jhanjhat was unexpected. Whereas, I've heard good things about ATS Green. People I know living there say their customer support is responsive even after booking. Maybe it's just marketing, but ATS seems better maintained after possession. Disagree? Tell me why. Am I missing something? Maybe I made a mistake. Change my mind.
