Has anyone had a recent possession experience with Supertech in Noida after all the legal issues? Heard mixed reviews. Construction quality wise, are they cutting corners now to recover? On the other hand, what about ATS? Possession dates are usually delayed, right? Kya kisi ko pata hai about hidden charges from either builder at the time of possession? I'm trying to decide if the lower price is worth the potential headache. Should I just stick with a safer bet?

Staying away from Supertech. Too much risk involved. Will probably go with ATS, even with the delays. Thanks for all the insights, everyone!
Totally agree yaar. Supertech is a big no-no.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Paid for a swimming pool that still doesn't exist.
ATS delayed my possession by 3 years! But the location is prime, so I can't complain too much. Sector 137.
Is the new metro line extension going to improve property prices in Noida Extension? What do you guys think?
So, what's the final verdict? Is anyone actually buying Supertech right now?
ATS is slow, but their construction is solid. Supertech is fast, but the finishing is... questionable. Choose your poison, I guess.
Don't just look at the price. Factor in the potential rental income, capital appreciation, and the headache factor. Sometimes, a slightly more expensive property is worth it in the long run.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is getting ridiculous.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. But good societies are closer to 8k.
Be careful about hidden charges for car parking. They always try to sneak those in.
Kya kisi ko pata hai about the current circle rates in Sector 93A? Thinking of selling.
Sector 93A? Depends on the society. Gulshan ka rate alag hai, Supertech ka alag. Check online, you'll get an idea.
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is Noida still a good option considering all the builder issues?
Noida is still good for investment, but you need to be very careful about the builder. ATS, Godrej, Tata are relatively safer bets.
Mera bhi same experience tha with Supertech 2 years ago. Promised the moon, delivered a crater. Never again.
ATS Green Village mai mera flat hai. Possession was delayed by 2 years, but construction quality is decent. Hidden charges were there, around 1 lakh for club membership and some random legal fees.
1 lakh for club membership? That's daylight robbery!
2 years delay is standard for Noida, unfortunately.
RERA registration number check karo before anything else. At least you'll know if the project is even legit.
Construction quality wise, Supertech is definitely cutting corners. Seen it myself in their new projects near Pari Chowk. Cheap fittings, poor finishing.
Pari Chowk area is also too far from everything. Metro connectivity bhi abhi tak achi nahi hai.
Supertech ka comeback? Bhai, I'll believe it when I see it. Too many horror stories already. ATS is definitely slow, but at least they eventually deliver. Hidden charges toh har koi lagata hai, unfortunately.
Exactly! Supertech ne toh rulaya hai logon ko. ATS delays are bad, but at least they're not bankrupt.
Lower price is tempting, but peace of mind is priceless. I'd rather pay a bit more and go with a more reputable builder. Sector 75 mein bahut options hai.
Anyone had recent possession in Supertech Emerald Court after the demolition? Curious to know if they're actually handing over anything now.
Emerald Court ka toh scene hi alag hai. That's a special case. Baaki projects ka kya haal hai, that's the question.
