This is why I always tell people, rent first, then buy. See if the society is actually livable before committing. Too many risks otherwise.

Totally agree with U19. So many builders promise the world and deliver nothing. Be careful out there, folks! Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake.

Head office? Lol. Good luck with that. They'll just redirect you back to the same useless customer support team. U15, save your energy.

What's the RERA registration number for your project, U1? Check that online. Sometimes, violations there can give you leverage.

Possession mila kya, U1? And if you have, check your sale agreement for clauses about delayed possession. You might be entitled to compensation.

Maintenance charges are a racket! They charge you for everything and then do nothing. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Supertech Romano.

Ecovillage is relatively older, U12. Maybe they were better back then. Ab toh rates bhi itne badh gaye hain, builders just want to make a quick buck.

Amrapali was a mess, but at least the government stepped in. Supertech... well, good luck getting anything fixed. RERA mein complaint daalo, that's your best bet.
