Been seeing Supertech delays for years now. So many stuck projects. Matlab, safe rahega kya invest karna? Or should I stick with Godrej, even if it's pricier? What's the ground reality?

I'd say, if you're a first-time buyer, definitely go with a reputed builder. The stress of dealing with delays is not worth it.
What's the latest news on Supertech's bankruptcy case? Anyone following that?
Moral of the story: Noida mein property lete time, aankhein khuli rakho! And do your homework.
I think the key is due diligence. Don't just rely on builder promises. Verify everything independently.
Supertech ka credit rating dekho. That will give you a good idea of their financial health.
Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. But with Supertech, you need to be prepared for potential delays and legal battles.
So, the general consensus is avoid Supertech? Even if the price is tempting?
Godrej is a safer play. Supertech...well, you've been warned.
Supertech ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is a joke. I'm filing a RERA complaint.
Good luck with that! RERA is helpful, but it can still take a long time to get a resolution.
My advice: stick with reputed builders like Godrej or Tata. They might be pricier, but the risk is significantly lower. Noida ka real estate market is tricky.
Has anyone tried negotiating with Supertech for a refund? What was your experience?
Check the RERA website for Supertech's project completion status. It's all public information.
Anyone has recent experience with Supertech? Like, possession mila kya kisi ko in the last 6 months?
I know someone who got possession in Supertech Cape Town, but it was delayed by almost 4 years! And the construction quality is not great.
I'm looking at a resale in Supertech Ecovillage. Price is attractive, but I'm scared. Should I risk it?
Ecovillage is HUGE. Make sure you know which phase and tower you're looking at. Some are better than others.
Check the encumbrance certificate before you buy! And get a lawyer to review the documents. Don't take any chances.
Noida mein property rates toh waise bhi badh rahe hain. Metro extension ka bhi impact hai. Godrej is probably worth the extra investment for peace of mind.
True, Sector 142 is booming because of the metro. But even there, be careful about builder reputations.
Ground reality yeh hai ki Noida mein almost har builder ka kuch na kuch problem hai. But Supertech is on another level. Delayed projects are their specialty.
I invested in Supertech Emerald Court back in 2010. Still fighting for my money back after the demolition order. Never again!
Oh man, that's terrible. So sorry to hear that. Did you file a RERA complaint?
Emerald Court was a disaster. Shows you can't trust anyone, even with all the approvals.
Godrej is a better option, but investigate their projects near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. There were some initial complaints about noise levels.
Thanks for the tip! Will definitely check that out before finalizing anything.

Bhai, Supertech ka toh naam hi kaafi hai darane ke liye. Godrej is definitely a safer bet. Thoda zyada lagega, but peace of mind toh rahega.
Exactly! I'd rather pay extra and get possession on time. Supertech is too risky, even with RERA.
Godrej is good, but check their maintenance charges upfront. They can be surprisingly high in Noida.
