Supertech's delayed projects: buyers beware, do your research

Supertech ka kya scene hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. But their track record with possession is scary, right? Heard so many horror stories. Also, anyone know how their construction quality actually holds up after a few years? Is the price jump worth it considering the risks? Already have a home loan, so want to be extra sure. Anyone else facing similar concerns? Please share your experiences!
