Supertech's hidden charges are insane, is this normal?

**Supertech's** PLC charges at possession were a complete shock. They never mentioned it clearly during booking. Lakhs extra, and I'm stuck paying it since I need the flat now! Kids have moved out, and I don't need such a big place anymore. Anyone else face similar issues with them in **Noida**? What did you do? Is it worth fighting them over, or just paying up? Honestly not sure...
