Based in Dubai, can't visit Noida easily. Heard Supertech has handover issues. Kya scene hai? I'm looking at their projects vs Gaurs. Gaurs ka construction quality sahi hai? Anyone faced hidden charges with Gaurs at possession? Need a property manager, so resale value after 5 years matters a lot. Which one is better for investment, honestly? Not sure if I should risk it. Power of Attorney will be needed, so clarity is key.

U5, I agree with U6. They will try to add some charges during possession. Just be firm and refer to your agreement. RERA rules help a lot now.
