Metro line might help a bit, but the stigma of Supertech will still be there. People will always remember the delays and legal issues.

Honestly, resale value will be lower than other builders in Noida West. Accept it and negotiate accordingly.
I think resale value depends on location bhi. Prime locations like Sector 74 might still fetch decent prices despite the builder's reputation.
Sector 74 is good, but even there, resale mein bargaining toh hogi hi. People will use Supertech's name to negotiate.
RERA mein complaint file karo! At least kuch toh pressure banega builder pe.
RERA complaint is a must. But RERA bhi kitna help karta hai? That's the question.

Last I checked, 4500-5000 per sq ft is the going rate for resale in Cape Town, depending on the tower and floor.

Sach bolu toh, Supertech ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Resale value toh definitely effect hogi. Track record is terrible, bhai. Possession delays are legendary!
I agree with U1. Builder reputation matters a lot in resale. Supertech ki vajah se sector 93A mein rates neeche gaye hain.

Exactly! Emerald Court ka issue abhi tak chalu hai. Supreme Court ne bhi order diya tha.
U3, U4 are right. Project specific hota hai. Some projects are decent, others are a nightmare.
Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha. Supertech North Eye mein invest kiya tha 2014 mein, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Court case chal raha hai.
