Supertech's reputation is overblown – other builders are worse!

Okay I'll be honest – Supertech gets a bad rap, but honestly, my possession experience with them wasn't as bad as people said. Just moved in last month to a flat in Noida. My friend bought in ATS Greens Village and he's facing crazy maintenance issues already – seepage everywhere! Supertech delayed by 6 months, yeah, but ATS is charging exorbitant PLC now. Am I the only one who thinks so? Has anyone else faced similar issues?
