Supertech's reputation is undeservedly bad in Noida.

₹2.5 crore mein 3BHK mil raha hai Supertech Emerald Court mein... Everyone badmouths them because of the Twin Towers issue, but honestly, the construction quality seems decent enough. And the prices are definitely lower than, say, ATS or Godrej in similar sectors. Kids have moved out, so I don't need such a big place anymore. Resale of my existing property is almost finalized. I'm mainly worried about hidden charges at possession. Heard horror stories. Is it worth the risk to save some money? Or should I just go for a safer, more expensive option? Maintenance charges kitna lete hai after possession? Change my mind. Batao kya karun.
