Supertech's reputation is undeservedly bad in Noida

₹65 lakh for a 2BHK in Noida Extension seems reasonable, right? I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge. Supertech gets so much hate online, but honestly, unke projects mein space zyada milta hai compared to others. I'm looking at Supertech Ecovillage 2. Construction quality is a gamble with everyone, tbh. But Supertech offers better payment plans. EMI vs rent math is actually working out. People keep saying possession mein late karenge, but isn't everyone late? Should I ignore the online hate? Change my mind. Tell me your real experiences, not just hearsay.
