Okay I'll say what no one says: Supertech's on-time delivery is actually better than ATS in some sectors. Change my mind. ATS projects always have EDC/IDC charges nobody tells you about upfront. Supertech mein, at least you know the total cost before OC. Disagree? Tell me why. Which builder is actually better for end-users vs investors?
