Supertech's reputation is unfairly tarnished in Noida

Supertech gets a lot of flak, but is it all justified? I just got possession in March at Supertech Emerald Court. Honestly, construction quality seems decent so far, touchwood. But customer support after booking? Bhai, good luck reaching anyone. On the other hand, I've heard Ansal API projects mein people still fighting for OC. Things nobody told me: check the actual carpet area, especially with Supertech. They're known to advertise the super area aggressively. And the penalty clause? LOL, it protects them, not you. I think builder ka track record matters, but sometimes the perception is worse than reality. Anyone else have similar experiences? Hope this helps someone avoid a headache. Sahi hai?
