Supertech's reputation overshadows some decent projects, maybe?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe even a villa if the budget stretches. I'm looking at Supertech and Godrej Properties. Supertech has some projects with way better pricing, but the horror stories online are scary. Godrej is pricier, but people say the construction quality is better. Is the price jump worth it for peace of mind? Also, resale value after 5 years — which one holds better? I already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. What does the community think? Which would you pick if you were me?
