Supertech's reputation precedes it, but is it deserved?

Supertech's projects are everywhere, but what about on-time delivery? My wife's priority is a safe environment for the kids, and I'm honestly not sure about Supertech's current RERA compliance, given the past issues. Everyone talks about the location benefits, but nobody mentions the risk of potential legal trouble impacting possession. I need at least a 3BHK. Is it worth the risk, or should I stick with a more reliable builder like ATS? Change my mind.
