Forget Supertech. Look at Godrej, Tata, or even Mahagun. Better options available now.

Bhai, Supertech is Supertech. Reputation toh hai hi. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. ATS is definitely safer, but even they have their delays.

ATS is definitely better in terms of construction quality and on-time delivery. But their price is also higher. You get what you pay for, I guess.
