Supertech's reputation still haunts Noida's real estate.

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Pari Chowk. Site visit kiya Supertech Eco Village 2 mein. The price is tempting, but bhai, Supertech ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Heard so many horror stories about possession delays and construction quality issues. Is it worth the risk for the price difference? Already have a home loan, don't want another EMI headache because of delays. On the other hand, Gaursons projects seem more reliable, but the price jump is significant. Is the peace of mind worth the extra cost? Has anyone else faced this dilemma? Should I just stick with what I have?
