Supertech's reputation still scares me, am I overreacting?

Honestly, I'm looking to buy my first home in Noida, and everyone keeps saying avoid Supertech at all costs. Is their badnaam really that bad even now? I'm seeing some good deals in their projects, but that name just gives me jitters, you know? My parents keep saying, 'Beta, builder ka track record dekho'. I'm also considering Ajnara. They seem okay, but I've heard some horror stories about possession delays. Which one is a safer bet, considering future resale value bhi important hai? Or should I just completely avoid both and look at someone like Godrej Properties, even if it means stretching my budget a bit? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. What's your take, Noida folks?
